Examples folder no longer shows up in MPIDE #608

I'm not sure when this changed, but the normal examples (1.Basics, 2.Digital, etc.) no longer show up in the File->Examples menu.

Going back, I see that they were working in 20150626-test.

Rick was correct- this issue is due to the fact that our examples are .pde files and MPIDE now really really likes to use .ino instead. The simple fix is to rename all examples to be .ino.

This should be fixed at this point.
