Paths are incorrect for code-insiders #2

For the code-insiders, the paths point to ".vscode/extensions/chipcode-nl.gcc-arm-windows..." when it should point to ".vscode-insiders/extensions/chipcode-nl.gcc-arm-windows...", resulting in file not found issues. I assume this issue occurs in the Linux version as well.

I will look into this. I did not try the vscode insiders yet.
