Upgrade to match CPP Example

The following functionalities are matched with the CPP Example:

• Objects and devices

• Property settings and configs (i.e. writable, subscribable)

• Database (slight difference in values)

• Callback's handling on different events

• Added a 0.1 incrementation to AnalogValue PresentValue every 10 seconds

The following functionalities are missing:

• Interactable menu and its features
