52 bytes (416 bits) of IDEVID_CERT_ATTR are unused and all 128-bits of IDEVID MANUF HSM IDENTIFIER are unused by Caliptra. Can we update the main spec to explicitly mention that these are unused so that integrators can save on fuse allocation ?
