Add tests for ECC #209

This test injects errors on ICCM and DCCM write accesses, triggers them and checks whether they occur under expected conditions. It also considers disabling ECC checks via mfdc CSR.

Recent force push included just cosmetic/license changes. Tests fail due to cache issues and should pass after rerunning.
