Earlgrey: newest prim_generic_flash doesn't work in Verilator #501

After updating Opentitan to newest version, prim_generic_flash.sv is failing with:

%Error: Unknown object type: unsupported_typespec
%Error: Exiting due to 1 error(s)

This file also needs lc_ctrl_pkg.sv (see #495).
