Add CastToSumWithParameterIn2InstancesOfSubmodule test #611

This test is similar to the ones in https://github.com/chipsalliance/UHDM-integration-tests/pull/610. It can't be passed with current Surelog, because the Surelog substitutes (P + 2) by constant 3, even in uhdmAllModules section. The constant 3 is proper only in case of first instance.

It waits for https://github.com/chipsalliance/Surelog/issues/2278.

It works now. I wait for Surelog submodule upgrade.
