caliptra_prim uses mismatched macro protection #332

As described in the follow up to #56, several prim_* files were renamed with caliptra_prim, but the macro protections for these files were incompletely renamed.

This introduces friction for integrators, but is not a functional issue - it will be resolved after 1.0 release.
