Caliptra should have new Read-only registers added to report addressing information from the Subsystem perspective. These will be used to facilitate AXI transactions via the AXI Manager/DMA block. The Read-only registers are populated by macros, defined at synthesis time. Macro definition is an integration responsibility.

Caliptra SHA Accelerator base address (or AXI Sub base address) from SoC interconnect map
Base address for Recovery Interface
OTP Fuse Controller secret registers base address
WRITE address for UDS Seed, for Manufacturing flow
