Add end-to-end test assertions for runtime/DPE derivations #1552

To ensure https://github.com/chipsalliance/caliptra-sw/issues/1550 is fully resolved, add a test that independently checks key derivations including DPE alias keys.

This test infrastructure exists already for some DICE keys. This would extend the smoke test to also cover DPE keys
