Remove Path from SRAMDescription as it isn't fully functional

See https://github.com/chipsalliance/chisel/issues/4379, there are issues in firtool with creating Path values at the moment. Will restore in the future once that is resolved.

Marked "No Release Notes" because SRAMDescription is not yet released.
