Dromajo co-simulation tutorial

Just bunch of text, no code changes... I thought that this might be useful to someone.

Added a detailed tutorial on how to integrate Dromajo for co-simulation purposes.

The tutorial describes integration into Ariane core but the intention was to give the reader an idea how to apply the steps for their own core.
