Add simple CTest #10

Rebase ctest branch to master.

This PR adds examples from original code, and test whether the executable can run them. examples/tlex/o64.pla will lead to a timeout, I think it is the expected behavior. Besides, this PR renamed ci.yml to test.yml because we have two CI now.
