License Issue #4

I'm not sure who owns espresso. Original authors are Robert K. Brayton and Richard L. Rudell. Published at https://ptolemy.berkeley.edu/projects/embedded/pubs/downloads/espresso/index.htm I think if original tar was downloaded from UCB site, should this be licensed to BSD by default?

This software used to belong to octtools.

I wanted to package espresso to nixpkgs, but I couldn't find a license. Is BSD License correct? In that case it would be nice to know the exact kind of license.
