Import history from symbiflow-arch-defs repository #10

This pull request merges in the history from SymbiFlow/symbiflow-arch-defs @ revision ec24dd62a69e7000e698a9fc349f1e78ecfc9bd5.

This effectively imports the test suite from that repository.

Fixes #10.
