Don't load nodes from rrgraph. #10

This requires https://github.com/SymbiFlow/symbiflow-rr-graph/pull/2 to be merged.

LGTM, I'll re-run CI just to double-check, after the rr_graph update

I believe the CI doesn't provide the data required to use the rr_graph stuff, so that code path isn't getting tested :/

Oh, right, the only way to test this is by using arch-defs.
