[nfc] Use Chisel Bot Token for CI #170

Change the "Update Contributors" action to use the CHISEL_BOT_TOKEN secret. This enables the PR created to trigger CI.

@jackkoenig: Would you be able to add the CHISEL_BOT_TOKEN secret to this repository's secrets so that the newly added update-contributors.yml action can create PRs which also trigger CI?
