Ibex: missing file ? #952

Current Ibex tests fail throughout, because there are some files missing.

This is probably related to generally extracting the right files ( #764 #937 ). It is probably worthwhile having this part of more (all?) generated test cases.

And also have sudden failure of previously working projects a flag for dependabot to not merge a new version and request human intervention.

FYI, this is the reason why yosys-sv will currently not pass Ibex @kgugala
