Add support for external links in the homepage cells #21

As per this comment, it would be nice to be able to use external links in the homepage cells. This should be as simple as adding an absUrl call to the cells, I think.

Any update on this? Would be a really nice feature to have ;)

@ablease, always open to PRs to fix these issues. Getting my wisdom teeth removed tomorrow, so can't say I'll get to it soon myself. I think it's a pretty simple fix, but can't be totally sure.
