Homepage not rendering properly #34

Newbie here.

I tried using the posts from the exampleSite as a template to create my own site. Using the default config.toml gives me an empty home page with only the 'about me' image without the rest of the description. I have copied all the static assets to the required location.

Could you help me with figuring out how I can solve this?

Fixed it. Issue was with the build of hugo.
