how to put files ?

127.0.0.1/deviceservices/................

Or

127.0.0.1/..................... ?

I tried both ways, it's not working (the network connection refused....... )

all content put htdocs. content have deviceServices/ [data]. refuse can because server can be stoped or working on other than 80 ports or script somewhere else
