Enhancement: add parameter to allow author photo on the homepage #163

On the righthand side of the homepage where we have Blog Author and Bio details, it would be great if we could add a photo option to go above the author which could then be toggled via parameter in config.toml on whether or not it should be displayed.

Apologies if this is already possible, but couldn't see anything in the documentation.

Great work as always.

@andyjenkins1, this is now on, the way you show an author photo on the sidebar, is this way. Be sure to delete other author entries from the config
