Add Discord social icon #330

This PR adds an additional SVG icon for a Discord invite link (svg source) to the list of social options.

Changes / fixes

Add Discord icon SVG data to layouts/partials/icons.html.
Add "discord" item to example site: exampleSite/config/_default/menus/menu_en.toml.

Icon looks reasonably minified given it's a complex shape.
