Fix the Search Box not Functioning

Current state

When using the default language, the Search Box doesn't function and the Developer Console shows a resource failed to load. https://domain.comindex.json

Issue Number(s): n/a

Proposed changes

Add the missing / when loading the resource. The additional / is already added for non-default languages. This change adds the / for all users.
