[Bug] Submenus should be disappeared without focus

Where is this bug showing up?

In the browser: Hugo builds the site, but something doesn't look right.

click ,scroll... what ever do, hide submenus when loss focus.

Steps to reproduce

1. click the menu links to show submenu on https://neonmirrors.net/
2. click/scroll others any way
