Bump KaTeX to latest version 0.16.11 #480

The example site has a blog post about Math Typesetting. The formula on this page does not show up correctly, however. This PR fixes that issue.

This PR also corrects the documentation on this blog post concerning the use of KaTeX. If you follow the instructions given here, you end up with an infinite recursion.

Ths PR also bumps KaTeX to latest released version 0.16.11.
