Fixed Admin login and made it responsive #167

I have made the admin login page like other login page and this page is now responsive

Issue: #164

Description

  Admin login page was not similar to the login page and it was not responsive for mobile phones.
  Both tasks have been completed now. You can see the screenshots attached with this comment.
