Password Reset Feature #235

Password Reset Feature if user forgot the password it will click on forgot password and enter his/her email , the otp will be send to his/her email then user can reset the password

It already exists brother @arpit456jain. Code is commented out for developing UI.

Then i can develop the ui also its not the big deal for me just have to extend
