Chatbot Updates #291

  1. Adding few more questions.
  2. Walkthrough option that shows the workflow of the website.
  3. Give a name to the Share N Learn bot.
  4. Improve UI
  5. If the query is not listed, the reply should add the query/question by mailing us through the contact page (add a link to contact).
  6. Other features except the ones listed above.
