I know this issue has been answered, but I have a user who's getting this, and he swears that he has the mail app installed and has an account set up. Is there any other known condition that can cause this? I would check his device to verify, but he's on the other side of the planet from me.

There might be something else going on. I haven't seen anything like this before tho. Suggest reproducing on your device.

i have the same issue. I am testing on simulator 8 ios 11.2

lhonardo commented 6 years ago

@hassanrazakhalid I think that on simulator it will not work, because it does not let you install a mail app

You will also get not_available error if you have Mail app on your iPhone but you didn't log in into any mail account with that app.
