Clicking on glossary link in Purpose Section of UG does not bring user to the Glossary section #2

As seen in the screenshots below, clicking the glossary link in Purpose Section of UG does not bring user to the Glossary section.

Instead, I am brought to another glossary link in the table of contents. ug_bug_1.2.jpg

While clicking on the glossary link in the table of contents does bring me to the Glossary section, it would be more convenient and accurate to bring the user directly to the Glossary section upon clicking the glossary link in Purpose Section of UG.
