📝[Docs]: Add section for Local Installation Under "Getting Started"

Issue Description

In the README.md, I noticed that under Getting Started section, there was a subsection for Local Installation. But currently, that subsection is empty.

Suggested Change

Add the following under Local Installation subsection, along with necessary commands:

• Forking the repo
• Cloning the repo
• Navigating the repo
• Installing the packages with npm install
• Starting the app with npm run dev

Rationale

The above subsection will help those new to this repo install the project locally on their machines. This will enable them to explore the app and make valuable contributions.
