Where can i download the Google Map 3D browser Plug-In standalone installer for 
version 6

Can use the web version because of the install has to be done with no internet 
capability

You can download Google Earth 6 (including plugin) for standalone installation 
at http://earth.google.com, clicking the Download Google Earth button, then 
pressing the appropriate radio button (is standalone by default).
