Break line string #987

It would be a real time saver if there was the ability to break a line string 
at a pt to create two separate line strings. right now I have to copy the line 
and delete all the pts back from one and fwd from the other tile I reach my pt. 
 This often requires deleting several hundred pts...or I have to edit the kml 
for the really long ones.
