Define bottom and top level to plot in the hodograph #51

For each sounding, it should be possible to select the plotted data. With this, the "unimportant" wind speeds can be hidden. This should be configurable per sounding.

Extend the DiagramSounding hodograph options with minPressure and maxPressure.
