build.sh runs patches/patch.sh every time. patch.sh tries to apply patches even if target files are already patched.

you have to restore patched files to original before next build.sh run.

これ、patch.sh1回実行終わったらリネームするようshellにいれちゃうのでどうでしょうか？（今最初のビルド終わったらリネームする運用でビルドしてますが）
