Display Time Line Full Scale #206

When opening up a KML file in Google Earth, the time line is a small
percentage of full scale (about 15%).  I have icons at each placemark
and only the ones in the start up percentage of the time scale are
displayed.  To see all of the icons (desired effect) I need to slide
the slider to full scale.  

I would like to see the option of having the time line display a full scale
when the KML file is opened up so that all of the icons of the track are
displayed at once.

I believe <LookAt> will do this for you.
