Push Pin labels visible when pointer over icon #230

Which products are affected?

I am running Google Earth Pro

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I create the Push Pin and insert a custom logo and then label the name.
Resize text to .5 to make it not visible. Sometime you double click the
push pin to make the Direction flag show the name and sometime the text is
visible when I place the point over the icon (preferred).
2. I wish this to be constant with all the push pins in my places. There
are two many to have the labels visible constantly
3.

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
I want this to be consistant and I wish that the text only shows when the
pointer is over the push pin

What application versions (if any) are you using?
Google Earth Pro 4.3

Which operating systems and browsers are affected?
Windows XP Pro sevice pack 3 and Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.11

Please provide any additional information (code snippets/links) below.

You can do this with KML... see <StyleMap> and <LabelStyle> ... you can cause
the
label to be hidden in the "normal" style and shown in the "hihlight" style
