1. Edit and add this code snippet to description:

The SRC should point to a video hosted on local machine or web

2. Open the balloon in 3D viewer; video does not appear.
What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
The video with controls use to be (in GE5.0) visible and functional in the
description balloon when opened in the 3D viewer.
What application versions (if any) are you using?
5.2.1.1329 (but been an issue since 5.1)
Which operating systems (and/or relevant web browsers) are affected?
All.
