No package available to download #18

I use the web version. I can upload files to create a new package, but before I even select to build the package, it says that the package is being built: image here

When I do select 'Build', it does build (image here), but then I don't have the option to download the package (and the page still indicates that the package is being built - image here). Here is the link to the package if needed.

I have been using Chrome and have also checked using Firefox and Safari (Safari just crashes). I have cleared History and cache, but the issue still remains. I have also tried using material that I have been able to previous download successfully, but to no avail.

There were some problems with build processes stuck in an infinite loop, which I think gummed up the rest of the system. I've added some code to make build processes time out, which should prevent that from happening again in future, and I've also added some code to make sure that builds aren't left as "building" if there's an error at any point.

I've just tried building your package, and it looks like it worked OK. If you're happy with it, can you close this issue?
