Two adjacent single quote characters are replaced with a single unicode character ¨ in display mode math #137

It looks like plasTeX has an array called charsubs which gives some global string replacements with unicode characters. One of these is '' → ¨. It isn't applied in inline-mode math, but is applied in display-mode, so there's a bug. It looks like the code handling charsubs has changed in plasTeX v3.0, so this might be fixed by upgrading.
