Embedded Numbas completion status does not update #176

Currently "Incomplete" appears in a div (id completion-status) that sits above an embedded Numbas test. I think that this once worked to update with a score, but I'm dubious about its benefit, since we're not saving any data. I'd suggest just removing this feature for the moment.
