Can slide headings have anchors with a url hash that is updated with scroll? #182

When you refresh the slides it takes you back to the top of the page. It's not really a problem for students reading the content, but would make life easier for debugging and linking to specific content if the headings had anchors and if the URL could update as you scroll through them (similar to what happens with reveal.js).
