Add alt text test for #5 #238

Simple \alttext test for a jpg image, verifying it produces the correct 'alt' tag in the output html.

@christianp I was hoping that the 'rename' feature on github would be less dramatic than this. The alttext changes are stashed in a branch (unittests-alt) so I could work on something else whilst we figure out what the path with the alt text is. Clearly, git does not like branch renames and so closed the pull request. I can set up a new one from the renamed branch if we want to include the \alttext test until we sort out the \includegraphics[alt=] format, or leave it for now.
