Ignore RegExp string from configuration #5

Here https://github.com/chischaschos/contributron-golang-api/blob/master/get_all_time_stats.go#L11) allow to get the ignore regexp string form a environment variable or config file . Also an error is ignored in line 50 when calling to LoadOrganization
