Add Mauritius (MU) #141

Add states (ie Districts) and Places (ie towns and villages) for Mauritius

I'm happy to let you know that Mauritius has been included in States, Cities, and Places for WooCommerce v1.3.2 along nine other countries. You can see the changelog here.

Please update the plugin to enable the Mauritius locations in your WooCommerce installation.
