Add Trinidad & Tobago to States, Cities, and Places for WooCommerce plugin #151

There are 2 Woocommerce shipping plugins I have worked on for 2 separate Trinidad & Tobago courier services and I have found it very useful to integrate with the features of your plugin.

Therefore, I'm submitting these files for addition to your main plugin.

Yes, there's a hack to include all the "places" under all the "cities". I can fix that in future pull requests if necessary. Would just take a little time to go through the 200+ places. But some of our places "overlap" so in our context it's better to leave it that way.

You have done great work with this plugin. I'm happy to contribute.

Hello @marlonc7c,

It would be great to have Trinidad & Tobago in the list of available countries. However, your submission don't comply with the locations design we use right now.

Could you please review your pull request according to the current locations design you'll find here: Adding a new country?
