Hello @nguyenrom,

Sorry, I can't merge your pull request since your adding both file in the /templates/ directory, instead of editing the /states/VN.php and places/VN.php files directly.

Please edit the /states/VN.php and places/VN.php files in your fork directly and then open a new pull request.
