Freight not being calculated #98

Hi, After installing and activating this plugin (using it in Chile), freight/shipping is not being calculated. Cart page shows "to be calculated" but it never calculates and allows customer to pay without paying for freight/shipping. Shipping zones are setup right. If I deactivate the plugin, WooCommerce calculates/charges freight using its own logic. Wonder if this is a bug or if we're missing something. Thanks for the great plugin, just facing this issue.
