Penny separator #73

Set system language to Polish.
Add new detail and set ammount of money so you have to use the penny separator 
eg. 23.12.
Once you create the detail go to daily list and you see that the set a mount of 
money is just 23.00
The penny separator used by Polish language is ,  instead of . but the edit box 
doesn't accept this sign.
